We booked a family photo shoot with Matthew Anthony photography for my mum’s special birthday and all I can say is wow! We booked Matthew after I reviewed his portfolio and really liked his relaxed family style which was exactly the vibe I wanted for our shoot. Matthew was accommodating to a location change and a potential date change due to child illness. Not only was he wonderful beforehand he was fantastic on the day also. Taking time to make us feel comfortable and including the dogs within our shoot. They say never work with children or animals but Matthew did so with such ease. Thank you!

We booked a family photo shoot at Elvaston Castle in Derbyshire for my parents' Golden wedding anniversary. Matthew was fantastic and the whole afternoon was very laidback and chilled just taking lots of natural photos of us all. The results were amazing particularly some lovely action shots of all the children in colour and black and white. If you're looking for a photographer for some natural family photos this is your guy!

Matthew did a brilliant job taking photos of our multi-generational family. As a group of 16 he managed to keep all the children and adults at ease and capture some beautiful memories. Matthew is an excellent photographer! He's a thoroughly nice guy and he made us feel incredibly comfortable having photos taken with our newborn son. The photos came out superbly well. We couldn't recommend him enough. Additionally, Matthew edited our pictures incredibly quickly and they were with us in a few days.

We booked a shoot with Matthew when we found out that our dog Delilah had become ill- we really wanted to capture photos of us together as a family that we would always be able to look back on and cherish. We love our photos!! Matthew was brilliant, from responding extremely quickly from first contact to keeping in contact and updating us about when we would receive the photos. On the day, he made us feel at ease with having our photos taken and went at our children's pace. The pricing is very reasonable and well worth the money to have these photos as a keepsake!

The photos are just incredible, we ended up upgrading because we little couldn’t choose a few! Honestly BOOK the session, you will not regret it. It was definitely child led with my little girl who loves to explore, and he was so friendly and relaxed with posing and just an all round nice and genuine person! Just incredible!
We booked Matthew for a family shoot at one of our favourite woodlands. We'd not long had a baby and had tried a staged studio shoot (with another company) and whilst we loved them (because they had our daughter in) they didn't reflect us or capture her cheekiness and we felt very awkward posing. Matthew made us feel so comfortable and relaxed right from the start. He managed to capture some beautiful photos of us all without them feeling forced or posed. He's also managed to capture our daughters personality beautifully.

Never left me waiting and was quick to respond to any questions I had. On the day off the photos he made us feel at ease and the whole experience was natural and enjoyable. We didn't have to wait long for the photos to be edited and they have come our beautifully. Would highly recommend Matthew for your professional photos. We had the best experience with Matthew Anthony Photography. Firstly Matthew was very accommodating to our family when we asked to postpone our photoshoot due to illness. During the photoshoot Matthew made us feel really relaxed and chilled and took so many beautiful photos. He found some wonderful spots and took a great amount of both natural and posed shots. Definitely booking another photoshoot in a few years time with Matthew!
